Community Residential Services (CRS) Program
Metro Social Services is a licensed provider of Minnesota’s Community Residential Services (CRS) program. This program offers 24-hour, shift-staffed support in community-based homes for adults with disabilities or age-related needs. Through personalized care plans, we assist residents with daily living activities, medication management, health monitoring, and community integration. Our goal is to promote independence, dignity, and safety in a supportive, home-like setting. All services are delivered under the standards of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 245D, ensuring quality and accountability.

MSSI provides a safe, secure, nurturing, and homelike environment for adults who are unable to live independently due to physical, emotional, or mental health disabilities. We provide 24-hour supervision, and residents receive support and assistance as needed to help ensure the health and safety of our individual clients.
Our Residential Counselors provide individuals with daily support that encourages self-reliance, yet helps when tasks are too difficult. Such assistance includes: Cooking, cleaning, laundry, daily outings or appointments (Transportation), daily grooming, medication, etc.
